Job Description:

  • l Expertise in PLC Programming, SCADA System Design, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), as well as Installation and Commissioning of Industrial Automation Projects.
  • l PLC Programming exposure to any one or more Allen Bradley (Micro/CompactLogix), Mitsubishi (FX and Q Series), Siemens (S7 300/400/1200/1500), Omron. l Creating new applications, animation, (communication with PLC) HMI (Creating new applications, animation, communication with PLC).
  • l Strong knowledge of Switchgears including Relays, Contactors, MCBs, MPCBs, ELCBs, and Circuit Breakers for industrial electrical systems.
  • Practical experience in Electrical Panel Design including Star-Delta starters, DOL (Direct-On-Line) starters, Current Transformers (CT), Potential Transformers (PT), and complete wiring layouts.
  • Good knowledge of electric motor working principles, including starting methods of three-phase induction motors and techniques for motor speed control.
  • Strong knowledge of Instrumentation and Industrial Sensors including Proximity Sensors, RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors), Flow Transmitters, and their working principles.

Required Candidate Profile

Any certification course or knowledge about PLC / HMI / SCADA.

Qualification – B.E / B.Tech: Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation
